Terms & Conditions (Please Read Carefully)

1. Entry & Eligibility
Entry to the swimming pool is permitted only with a valid membership or single-use pass. All memberships and passes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Management reserves the right to deny or cancel entry in case of rule violations or misconduct.

2. Timings & Operations
Users must strictly adhere to the allotted time slots. Vincent Arena reserves the right to close the pool temporarily due to maintenance, weather conditions, or safety concerns without prior notice.

3. Dress Code & Hygiene
Proper swimming attire is mandatory (nylon or lycra swimwear only). All users must shower before entering the pool. Individuals with open wounds, skin infections, fever, or contagious diseases are not permitted.

4. Health & Medical Fitness
All swimmers must ensure they are medically fit before using the pool. Persons with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, blood pressure issues, or recent surgeries should consult a medical professional prior to swimming. Vincent Arena is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

5. Safety & Supervision
All instructions given by lifeguards and staff must be followed at all times. Running, pushing, diving in shallow areas, or any unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

6. Risk, Injury & Liability Disclaimer
Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the swimmer’s own risk. Vincent Arena shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or loss arising from personal negligence or improper conduct, medical or health-related complications, slips, falls, misuse of facilities, or failure to comply with rules or staff instructions.

7. Emergency & First Aid
Basic first aid assistance may be provided when necessary. Vincent Arena is not liable for medical expenses, hospitalisation, or emergency treatment costs.

8. Personal Belongings
Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Use of lockers is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. Conduct & Prohibited Items
Food, beverages, chewing gum, glass items, alcohol, tobacco, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited. Any form of misbehaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

10. Photography & Media Usage
Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval from management. Vincent Arena reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes.

11. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to modify rules, timings, pricing, or policies at any time. Memberships may be suspended or terminated in case of repeated violations. All decisions taken by management shall be final and binding.
